The Trout Competition Fluorocarbon line is a high-end material developed in conjunction with trout specialists. The low visibility properties are ideal as a leader when trout competition fishing, the supple and soft properties of the leader have excellent knotting properties combined with great strength. High abrasion resistant properties reduce damage from rocks and the small, but sharp, teeth of the trout. Fluorocarbon has a refractive index very close to water, making it nearly invisible underwater for improved bait presentation.
