Refund policy
Orders can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Click here or on the Royal Mail image, and follow the instructions.
Returns may result in a deduction of up to £3.99 in your refund, to cover the cost of return. In the case of goods damaged on delivery, or the wrong item posted, this would not apply.
Please contact us if you would like to arrange a replacement or an exchange. We will provide further instructions.
Once we receive the returned item, we will provide a refund or send you a replacement, depending on your preference. We will notify you once your return has been processed.

For any returns or exchanges, the original product must be in its original condition, including packaging and all component parts. It is your responsibility to make sure the item is adequately packaged.
